Taking It Easy

With the new year taking affect officially (since it being February already) I have so many art resolutions I need to accomplish. However before I can accomplish them I think I'm going to go easy on myself and not rush but more go back to my roots again. From time to time I have these serious art blocks that I can't help myself to get rid of... but when I try relearning everything again it kinda helps me become more motivate to push to become better.

Last week I started off small by just sketching and then slowly went more and more into detail which then lead to painting... It's amazing how one thing just leads to another. Below you can see the sketch and how that lead to the final work. Right now I am just trying my best to keep this fire inside me from burning out...
